Soy milk (more precisely is Sari soybean) (Hanzi: 豆漿; 豆奶) is a kind of drink made from soybeans, and milk as the drink is called a yellowish white like milk. Milk is also known as soy milk in Indonesia. Prevalent soy milk as breakfast dishes along with other snacks like youtiao. Soy milk has a composition similar to milk: 3.5% protein, 2% fat, and 2.9% carbohydrate.
According to a nutritionist, soy milk is not included in the category of milk, because milk is the only liquid produced by the mammary glands in mammals and humans.

The origin of soy milk.

Soy milk is sometimes called nut milk or soy milk has existed in China for thousands of years, exactly 1900 years ago. The content of isoflavones in soy help to regulate estrogen. Research has found that soy isoflavones can reduce the heat in the body (hot flushes) in postmenopausal women.

Protein and soluble fiber soy, regulate blood glucose levels and kidney filtration, thereby controlling diabetes and kidney disease.
